When should I switch to a ePOWR contract?
Switch to a ePOWR contract as soon as your hardware setup is fully in order (FlexiObox installed and configured).

Tips:
• The big difference is mainly noticeable in winter when price differences are larger
• So you still have some time if you install in summer
• Request the switch from your supplier (usually takes 1+ month)

FlexiO works with fixed, variable, dynamic, and ePOWR tariffs, but ePOWR tariffs get the most out of your installation.
Which energy suppliers offer an ePOWR tariff?
Currently, these suppliers offer an ePOWR tariff:

1) Trevion (LIFEPOWR by Trevion)
2) Energy Knights

More suppliers may follow in the future. LIFEPOWR is in discussions with other parties such as Ecopower, but there are no concrete agreements yet.

What is an ePOWR tariff?
A dynamic tariff that is cheaper than standard dynamic, with built-in ePOWR participation.

Why does my savings amount differ from the simulator?
The simulator provides an estimate based on averages. Your actual savings depend on several factors, including your consumption pattern, tariff structure, weather conditions, battery capacity, and the season. For an accurate picture, look at trends over several months rather than individual periods.
Can FlexiO control multiple batteries?
In some cases this setup can be supported by FlexiO, but it depends on the compatibility. Contact your installer to see if your installation and setup is compatible with FlexiO. 
Can I connect FlexiO data to Home Assistant?
Yes! LIFEPOWR offers a local API accessible via http://myio.local/api/docs/. With this, you can integrate FlexiO data into Home Assistant or other home automation systems. Technical knowledge is required for configuration. LIFEPOWR provides this as a free service. We do not provide additional support for it. 
Can I disable the WiFi module of the FlexiObox?
Yes, this is possible but not available by default via the interface. The WiFi access point is on by default for installers and WiFi dongles. If your FlexiObox is wired and you don't need WiFi, FlexiO support can remotely disable the Access Point. Contact us via the contact form at lifepowr.io/support/contact.
Can I get a subscription without grid balancing - just smart control?
No, the FlexiO subscription always includes the complete service: both grid balancing and smart control. These two components work closely together and reinforce each other - the economic benefit comes precisely from this combination. FlexiO always chooses the most economical solution; sometimes grid balancing is more advantageous than self-consumption. FlexiO is designed to provide peace of mind, and that works best as a whole.
Can I reactivate FlexiO after a hardware change?
Yes, FlexiO can be reactivated after a hardware change (e.g., adding a backup box).

Process:
1. Check if your new configuration is compatible at lifepowr.io/inverters
2. Contact your installer, to check if the FlexiObox configuration needs to be updated.
Can I return to the Fluvius prosumer tariff?
The prosumer tariff (net metering) no longer exists in Flanders. All installations are now on digital meters. FlexiO optimises within the current digital meter system (injection + consumption separately).
Can I see when grid balancing was active?
Yes, MyFlexiO app > Real-time page shows 'Grid balancing' indicator. History: in the Earnings section you can see when grid balancing was active.
