We are looking for:

An experienced Operational Support Team Lead with a strong track record in building, optimizing, and scaling operational support processes to guarantee the performance and continuity of LIFEPOWR devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and further develop the Operational Support Team within the Operations organization
• Support organization: improve the 1st-line setup with an external contact center partner, implement Major Incident Management, define and guard SLAs, manage team workload, and continuously improve service quality
• Improve and automate processes across 1st-line, 2nd-line, and partner support desks, drive automation and integration of support systems
• Monitor and analyze Support KPIs, with customer satisfaction as a key focus
• Act as an escalation point and provide hands-on 1st- or 2nd-line support when needed
• Translate operational issues into actionable insights for Product & Engineering
• Provide regular operational reporting to management
• Define roles, responsibilities and growth paths within the teams
• Own and improve customer satisfaction metrics (e.g. NPS)
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to reduce churn

• Strong people management skills

Technical Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in technical support, operations, or a comparable environment (SaaS and/or IoT preferred)
• Familiarity with the renewable energy market or energy flexibility services is a strong advantage
• Experience with ticketing systems; knowledge of Odoo ERP is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret logs, performance metrics, and device telemetry

An experienced Operational Support Specialist with a proven track record in supporting and optimizing operational processes to guarantee the performance and continuity of our LIFEPOWR devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle first and second-line technical support tickets for installers and customers.
• Diagnose issues related to IoT hardware, connectivity, firmware, and platform behavior.
• Provide guidance to installers during setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Escalate complex cases to the engineering or product team when needed.
• Document recurring issues, solutions, and best practices.
• Support internal process improvements and testing of new features or firmware.

• Understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, MQTT, LTE/WiFi).
• Familiarity with ticketing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret logs, performance metrics, or device telemetry.
