I'm not receiving emails from FlexiO
First, check your spam or junk folder. If emails aren't there, add @lifepowr.io to your safe senders list. If you're still not receiving emails, contact support.
My solar panels produce less since FlexiO
FlexiO does NOT affect solar production - only the battery/charger is controlled. Lower production = seasonal or inverter issue. Check your inverter app for details. Contact your installer if you suspect a defect.
Wallbox charger no longer works with FlexiO - what now?
Wallbox chargers are currently no longer compatible with FlexiO.

Reason:
Wallbox has changed their API without prior warning. Since FlexiO controls via their cloud, we depend on Wallbox for restoration.

Future:
Wallbox is communicating a different type of API for third parties. LIFEPOWR is working on support for this, but unfortunately cannot provide a timeline.

What FlexiO still does:
The Wallbox is now considered a 'consumer' and still has a beneficial influence on the EMS:
- Included in expected consumption
- Influences the battery strategy
- Helps determine the monthly peak
What happens if I install a new modem or router?
Normally, replacing your modem or router has no effect on the operation of your FlexiObox, as long as all devices (FlexiObox, inverter, P1 meter) are connected via an ethernet cable to the internet or directly to the FlexiObox.

After modem replacement:
- Check if the FlexiObox is online via the MyFlexiO app
- The green light on the FlexiObox should be on
- If there are problems: restart the FlexiObox by unplugging it for 10 seconds

Tip: Make sure your new modem retains the same network settings or if you have technical knowledge reconfigure the FlexiObox via http://myio.local if needed.
What is 'stand-by' status in grid balancing?
Stand-by = registered for grid balancing but currently not actively deployed. FlexiO chooses: sometimes savings (arbitrage) are more valuable than FCR compensation. The system automatically switches between modes.
What is Elia and why does the payout take so long?
Elia is the Belgian high-voltage grid operator that organizes the rPOWR market. Payout cycle: data verification + settlement + processing = ~3 months. LIFEPOWR pays as soon as the Elia settlement is received.
What is Frank Energie and does it work with FlexiO?
Frank Energie is an energy supplier with dynamic tariffs. FlexiO fully supports Frank Energie - both hourly and quarter-hourly tariffs. Select 'Frank' as your supplier in the MyFlexiO app under settings, FlexiObox, tariff settings.
What is rPOWR (FCR) and how does it work?
rPOWR or FCR = Frequency Containment Reserve or. The battery automatically responds to grid frequency (50Hz). When frequency drops: discharge. When frequency rises: charge. Compensation per available MW. FlexiO manages this fully automatically.
What is the MyFlexiO app version requirement?
We always recommend using the latest version. Check the App Store or Play Store for updates. Older versions may be missing features.
What is the difference between Engie Empower Flextime and the ePOWR tariff?
Engie's Empower Flextime is NOT a dynamic tariff - it's a hybrid contract with fixed time zones instead of changing hourly prices. This tariff is NOT supported by FlexiO. The ePOWR tariff (LIFEPOWR by Trevion) IS a true dynamic tariff with additional benefits: participation in ePOWR AND free FlexiO control (1 year included with every FlexiObox, partners may offer additional free time). With a dynamic tariff + FlexiO you get the best value.
