How do I become a FlexiO installer or partner?
To become a FlexiO installer:

1. Contact us via the contact form on lifepowr.io
2. Register for a training - LIFEPOWR works with partners who have received training
3. Complete the training - You'll get access to the installer portal

View the list of existing partners at lifepowr.io/onzepartners. Some partners also work with sub-installers. You can also contact an existing partner in your region to collaborate.
I'm getting an error during registration - what now?
If you get an error message during registration, this can have various causes:

Email address already in use: You may have already created an account before. Try resetting your password via the "Forgot password" function.

Incorrect EAN code: Check if you've entered the correct EAN code. You can find it on your energy bill (usually an 18-digit code).

Server timeout: Sometimes the server is temporarily overloaded. Wait a few minutes and try again.

If the problem persists, contact our support and include a screenshot of the error message so we can help you quickly.
Why are my savings lower than expected?
If your savings are low in the MyFlexiO app, check the following:

1. Is your energy tariff correctly set?
• Go to Settings → FlexiObox → Energy tariff
• Verify your current tariff is selected
• Note: with a variable single tariff, savings are typically limited
2. Is your system running properly?
• Your system status should show green
• Real-time data should be updating
• Check the system status in the app for any error messages
3. Do you have a technical problem?
• Does the system status in the app show any error messages
• Contact support if issues persist
Why are my savings not showing or €0?
If you don't see savings in the MyFlexiO app, check the following:

1. Is your energy tariff correctly set?
- Go to Settings → FlexiObox → Energy tariff
- Check if your current tariff is selected
- With a variable single tariff, savings are limited

2. Has your installation recently been activated?
- The first week(s) FlexiO collects data to learn your consumption pattern
- Savings become visible over time

3. Do you have a technical problem?
- Check the system status in the app for error messages.
- Contact support if there are error messages
Can FlexiO control my heat pump, boiler, or underfloor heating?
Not directly - FlexiO does not individually control heat pumps and boilers like batteries or chargers.

What FlexiO does:
- By default, FlexiO takes heat pumps into account as large consumers through the consumption pattern algorithm
- Consumption is included in the strategy for battery control and peak avoidance

Advanced option:
For more precise control, it's possible to connect the heat pump via FlexiO's built-in API. Note: this requires technical knowledge.

Future:
LIFEPOWR is looking for ready-made solutions that are future-proof for heat modules.
Is Smappee charger compatible with FlexiO?
No, Smappee chargers are not compatible with FlexiO.

Reason:
Smappee has a closed system that FlexiO cannot integrate with. Smappee has its own intelligence and does not communicate with external EMS+ systems.

Can they work alongside each other?
Yes, both systems can function side by side:
- FlexiO recognises the consumption pattern of your Smappee charger as a large home consumer
- This is included by the algorithm in the expected consumption
- FlexiO takes this into account in the battery strategy

Disadvantage:
The charging sessions are seen by FlexiO as regular consumption. Smappee will probably not fast charge when prices are high, and FlexiO can respond smartly to this.
Why does FlexiO's control sometimes seem illogical?
FlexiO's algorithm considers many factors simultaneously: energy prices, weather forecasts, consumption patterns, battery degradation, capacity tariff, and grid balancing. What seems strange (e.g., charging at high prices, exporting at low prices) is often a proactive choice that's more beneficial in the long run. During negative prices, FlexiO may still export for grid balancing because the revenue exceeds the 'costs'. Never judge FlexiO based on a single day or snapshot - evaluate results over at least a month or year. You can find more info here.
My FlexiObox is offline - what now?
1. First, check if your FlexiObox has power by verifying the LED is on. 
2. Then check your internet connection and ethernet cable, and try restarting your router. 
3. If that doesn't help, restart the FlexiObox by unplugging it, waiting 30 seconds, and plugging it back in.
4. If your FlexiObox is still offline after these steps, please contact support.

If the FlexiObox shows no LED (red or green), or only shows a red light that is slowly pulsating, there might be an issue with your power supply. Try another power supply (eg. from your phone) to see if this solves your issue.
I can't log in to the MyFlexiO app
Make sure you're using the correct email address. If you've forgotten your password, use the 'Forgot password' option and check your spam folder for the reset email. You can also try logging in via my.flexio.energy in your browser. If you're using a VPN, try turning it off as this can sometimes cause login issues.
What is the ePOWR tariff?
The ePOWR tariff is a dynamic energy tariff that is cheaper than standard dynamic tariffs and includes ePOWR services. 
Benefits: 
1) Cheaper tariff structure, 
2) ePOWR earnings via energy bill (no more waiting 3 months) 
Currently available via Trevion and Energy Knights, with more suppliers expected in the future.
