Your ePOWR credit appears as a line item on your monthly bill from your energy supplier (LIFEPOWR by Trevion or Optima by Energy Knights). It is also visible in the MyFlexiO app from around the middle of the following month, once supplier settlement data has been processed.

There are two routes. If you already have a FlexiObox installed, switching is a tariff change: pick LIFEPOWR by Trevion or Optima by Energy Knights and ePOWR activates as soon as the new tariff starts. If you don't have a FlexiObox yet, find a certified installer first — they handle installation and walk you through the tariff selection.

ePOWR and rPOWR are two separate services that can run at the same time on the same system. ePOWR automatically trades energy on the Day-Ahead market and the imbalance market to reduce your net energy cost. rPOWR reserves part of your battery capacity for the Elia balancing reserve. For each quarter-hour block, FlexiO works out which allocation delivers the higher return, so you never have to choose between them.

ePOWR requires four things: a digital meter (smart meter); a FlexiObox, the device that connects your installation to the wholesale markets; FlexiO EMS+, the intelligence layer that drives the optimisation; and an ePOWR-compatible tariff plan (LIFEPOWR by Trevion or Optima by Energy Knights). On-site solar panels and battery storage are strongly recommended — they expand the flexible capacity ePOWR can manage.

LIFEPOWR does not charge a separate subscription fee for ePOWR on top of your tariff plan. Your supplier (Trevion or Optima) provides the compatible tariff. The ePOWR credit shows up as a positive line on your monthly supplier bill.

Yes. ePOWR applies fully to commercial buildings, offices, warehouses, and logistics sites with on-site solar, battery storage, or EV charging. The same wholesale-market mechanics apply at any installation scale.

Yes. ePOWR can work with solar panels alone, and the Day-Ahead and imbalance market trading still adds value. Adding battery storage unlocks the full optimisation range — it is strongly recommended for the biggest credit potential.

Yes. An ePOWR EV-only option is available for customers without battery storage, at €4.95/month. Ask your installer or energy supplier for current pricing and onboarding details.
