An experienced Operational Support Specialist with a proven track record in supporting and optimizing operational processes to guarantee the performance and continuity of our LIFEPOWR devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle second-line technical support tickets for installers and customers.
• Diagnose issues related to IoT hardware, connectivity, firmware, and platform behavior.
• Provide guidance to installers during setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Escalate complex cases to the engineering or product team when needed.
• Document recurring issues, solutions, and best practices.
• Support internal process improvements and testing of new features or firmware.

• Understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, MQTT, LTE/WiFi).
• Familiarity with ticketing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret logs, performance metrics, or device telemetry.

We are looking for:

An experienced Account Manager with a proven track record in B2B account management to help drive the commercial deployment of Lifepowr. In close collaboration with the commercial team and the CCO, you will play a key role in expanding our reseller network, managing strategic accounts, and turning market opportunities into tangible growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for our resellers, providing commercial support in a highly technical environment.
• Support resellers with commercial initiatives such as info sessions, webinars, and sales trainings — occasionally during evenings or weekends.
• Help resellers maximize the potential of their own networks — identifying opportunities with both new and existing customers within their portfolio.
• Translate customer and market needs into concrete solutions and valuable product features together with our technical and operations teams.
• Intermediate between customers and the LIFEPOWR operations team on technical questions and support requests.
• Manage commercial projects and ensure smooth execution and follow-up of customer engagements.
• Support contract handling and basic commercial administration (e.g., agreements, invoices, reporting).

• Strong analytical skills, able to interpret data to make informed decisions and optimize account performance.
• Fluent in English and Dutch, both written and spoken; French is a plus.
• Experienced in reporting results and progress against KPIs in a timely and accurate manner.
• Comfortable managing a large portfolio of accounts while maintaining attention to detail and high service quality.

Backend Engineer

Help us achieve this goal as a Backend Engineer with the mission: building robust and scalable backend services that form the backbone of our EMS platforms, so that our customers and partners can benefit maximally from smart energy solutions.

Your challenge

As a Backend Engineer at LIFEPOWR, you'll help build the foundation of our product platform. You'll develop high-performance and secure backend services in a cloud-native environment, collaborate with our product team on new features, and contribute to architecture and scalability decisions.

Extra context: this is not just about writing code. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of features from concept to production and who wants to delve into the complexity of energy and IoT integrations.

What you can expect:

• Contributing to technical choices, architecture, and best practices
• Developing and maintaining backend services in Node.js and in Python
• Working with AWS services such as IoT Core, Cognito, Lambdas, Amplify, Timestream, Aurora, and ECS
• Designing and optimizing APIs that connect our services with partners and users
• Working in an agile product team, taking ownership of your stories from concept to release
• Collaborating closely with frontend, UX, and product to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Contributing to scalable data architectures and efficient storage/processing of energy data

Location & language

• This role can be performed fully remote; the ability to occasionally visit our office in Antwerp is a plus
• You speak English fluently (Dutch is a strong plus, but not a must)
