*When your FlexiObox is activated, you will enjoy 1 month of free FlexiO control as standard. Switch to an ePOWR tariff within this period and enjoy 2 years of free control. Once the first free month has expired, you will no longer be considered a new user.
What You Get
- Battery management: Free subscription worth €9.95/month (incl. 21% VAT) for 24 months for the management of your battery (and charging station).
How to Activate
- Install and configure the myFlexiO App
- Link your FlexiObox to your account
- Switch to one of our compatible ePOWR tariffs
- Ensure control is activated (check System Status in the MyFlexiO App - more info)
- Your 24-month free period starts when your ePOWR tariff takes effect
Eligibility & Conditions
- Valid for newly registered FlexiO users
- (for existing customers only until 31/01/2026)
- Available for installations in Belgium only
- After 24 months, automatic direct debit starts from month 25
- Cannot be combined with other promotions (existing free periods will be replaced by this 24-month offer)
Switching Tariffs
To another ePOWR tariff: The remaining time of your free period will continue.
To a fixed, variable or dynamic tariff: Your free period will end, and LIFEPOWR will charge the applicable subscription fees on a monthly basis.
If LIFEPOWR decides to switch you to another tariff: This will only happen to the regular dynamic tariff of the ePOWR tariff provider and only if your FlexiO is not working properly. In that case, LIFEPOWR will notify you to resolve the issue. While you are on the ePOWR tariff provider's ‘Fallback’ regular dynamic tariff, your free subscription period will remain active.
If you are on the fallback tariff: This only applies to the regular dynamic rate of the ePOWR rate provider and only if your FlexiO installation is not working properly. In that case, LIFEPOWR will notify you so that you can resolve the issue. While you are on the ePOWR tariff provider's regular dynamic ‘Fallback’ tariff, your free subscription period will remain active.
