How to Activate
- Install and configure the myFlexiO App
- Link your FlexiObox to your account
- Switch to one of our compatible Flex Tariffs
- Ensure control is activated (check System Status in the MyFlexiO App - more info)
- Your 24-month free period starts when your Flex Tariff begins
Eligibility & Conditions
- Valid for all registered FlexiO users (new and existing)
- Available for installations in Belgium only
- After 24 months, automatic direct debit starts from month 25
- Cannot be combined with other promotions (existing free periods will be replaced by this 24-month offer)
Switching Tariffs
To another Flex Tariff: Your contract continues for another two years The remaining time of your free period continues.
To a fixed, variable or dynamic tariff: Your subscription will be recalculated via LIFEPOWR Your free period ends, LIFEPOWR will monthly bill your applicable subscription fee.
If LIFEPOWR decides to switch you to another tariff: This will only be to the regular dynamic tariff of the Flex tariff provider and only if your FlexiO installation is not operating correctly. In that case, LIFEPOWR will notify you to resolve the issue(s). While you are on the “Fallback” regular dynamic tariff of the Flex tariff provider, your free subscription period remains active.
If you are on the fallback tariff: This will only be to the regular dynamic tariff of the Flex tariff provider and only if your FlexiO installation is not operating correctly. In that case, LIFEPOWR will notify you to resolve the issue(s). While you are on the “Fallback” regular dynamic tariff of the Flex tariff provider, your free subscription period remains active.
