IoT Fleet Manager

Your challenge
You will be responsible for the pro-active scanning of our device fleets for anomalies or errors, by using manual and automated scanning tools and queries.
Together with our Developers and Operational team you will analyse potential issues and manage the process up to resolution, with the goals of maintaining the good health of the individual devices within the Virtual Power Plant.
An idea of what's ahead of you:
You proactively monitor our devices and you investigate the errors you detect
You analyze incoming tickets and dispatch them to the experts who can handle them in case you can't do it yourself
You keep the ticketing system up to date by a thorough follow-up
You implement solutions together with our developers or, when needed, physically in our lab or at the end user site
In case of recurring problems, you will foresee the necessary documentation in collaboration with our developers and the operations team
Your premier goal is to maximize the Quality and uptime our fleet by all means possible

Technical skills
Technical education in ICT/Electronics or related engineering field

You have a basic knowledge of relevant hardware such as inverters, battery systems, EV-chargers
You know your way around a Rapsberry Pi and/or other SoC's
You have a general understanding of the physics behind electrical energy
You understand code (in JavaScript/NodeJS/Python)
Location and language
For this position you need to be located in Flanders (Belgium) and have the possibility to come to our Antwerp Lab on a regular basis for interventions with physical devices - this is a hybrid position where working remotely is possible
Knowledge of both Dutch and English is required
