You manager our IT-materials and you give support toward your colleagues concerning the different programs we use
You will combine this with a front-office role where you collect and allocate all the questions that reach us through different sources: telephone, mail, chat, facebook, what's app,... If possible you answer these questions yourself, based on the information and the FAQ's we will give you. Other, more technical, questions you will allocatie to our technical experts.
Other tasks can be writing documentation for internal purpose.

Experience in a service or a support context is a plus, as is knowledge of ODOO, our CRM package.
You speak and write professional English and Dutch. French is a plus.
