looking for:

We are a growing company based in Antwerp; we help the energy transition with smart control over distributed energy storage and loads. We're scaling up to the next phase and are looking for:

 

A people-person with a multifunctional mindset to help assist Lifepowr's growing teams, in close collaboration with the commercial team and CEO. You'll play a key role in organising our (virtual) backoffice, helping our growing team with a variety of support tasks. 

A brief idea of tasks ahead of you*:

  • Manage the back-office, with varying tasks ranging from HR to finance to accounting. 

  • Create a warm work environment for your colleagues and external visitors, with the right hospitality mindset

  • Help manage public communications and media channels

  • Managing the administrative funnels such as orders, invoicing,...

  • Organise team activities

  • Be all ears and ready to jump in where the team needs you

Who 
you are:

You have sufficient notions of economics, understanding of psychology and HR; education in Office Management, HR, Accounting, finance or similar through experience. 
 

You're eager to hold an back office / support role in a technology company and you are willing to get your hands dirty: a down to earth and hands-on mentality is crucial.

  • You know how to deal with invoices and you can read a companies' P&L and balance sheet

  • You know your way around the world of HR. 

  • You enjoy documenting meetings and planning tasks

  • You're experienced in using digital accounting tools and the Microsoft office suite

  • Analytical basics

  • Professional English and Dutch, both spoken and written.
